Terms
Last updated November 3, 2026
By using OnTheBill you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@getonthebill.com.
Beta
OnTheBill is in beta and free for now. Features can change, and things can break. If we start charging, we'll tell you first, and you can choose whether to stay. Canceling will take one tap, there won't be any surprise renewals, and we won't take a cut of your gig pay.
Your account and content
You're responsible for your account and for what you post, send and approve, including anything an AI assistant does with your approval. What you put in stays yours. You let us store and show it so the app can work.
Bookings
OnTheBill helps bands and venues find each other and keep track of the details. We aren't an agent and we aren't part of any deal. We don't handle payments, and we don't guarantee that a show, a venue, a band or a payment will happen.
Venue contacts
Directory details come from public sources and can be wrong or out of date, so check them first.
Fair use
Don't use OnTheBill to spam people, break the law, pretend to be someone else or get into accounts that aren't yours. We can remove content or close accounts that do.
No warranty
OnTheBill is provided as it is. Keep your own record of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost gigs, lost income or lost data.
